Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Shipping cost is a flat rate $49. Customer is responsible for duties and fees. International return is also charged at flat fee for $49 for applicable items.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Simply click on Account in the upper right corner of our home page. Enter your account information to view your Order History. You can also track your shipped order by entering the supplied UPS tracking number at www.ups.com.
We use UPS, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment and must be accompanied by receipt with the merchandise in the original condition. All purchases of sale merchandise and swimwear are final sale and not eligible for exchanges, returns nor price adjustments. At this time, we cannot accept loladre.com returns in any store outside of the United States.
Unfortunately, Lola Dré does not currently offer exchanges for merchandise purchased on our website. If you are looking for a different size and/or color for an item already purchased, simply return the item, using our complimentary pre-paid UPS return label and and place a new order for the desired item.
We currently do not offer this option. If you would like items to go to separate addresses, you will have to place a separate order for each address
Follow these simple steps to place an order online:
Add an item to your shopping bag by clicking the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product page. You can review your shopping bag and make any necessary changes/edits before checking out.
Scroll over “My Bag” icon at the top right of the loladre.com page and then select “ Checkout.”
Follow the instructions until your order has been confirmed. You'll know your order is complete when you see our Order Confirmation page with your order number.
You will receive at least two emails following the placement of your order. The first will confirm your order was received. The second will confirm your order was shipped and will contain a UPS tracking number to let you track the delivery of your package. If any of your items are out-of-stock or your delivery date has changed, you will receive an email with status updates on your order.
