For your convenience, Lola Dre offers a holiday return policy: Full Priced Merchandise purchased on Loladre.com or from November 25th, 2020 to December 25th, 2020 may be returned through January 15th, 2021. Merchandise purchased after December 25th, 2020 falls under Lola Dré non-holiday return policy listed below.
Loladre.com offers complimentary returns on all U.S. orders except for items marked as "Final Sale" or "Exchange Only". Items may be returned for a full refund to the original form of payment if returned within 14 days of receipt by mail or in any domestic Lola Dré store.
Items that are marked with "Exchange - or Store credit ONLY", are only eligible for exchange or store credit, and may not be returned for a refund.
Please note: All swimwear, intimate apparel and "Final Sale" items are NOT eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments. Lola Dré will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or the return might not be approved.
Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and Lola Dré reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy. Lola Dré cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials. Denied returns will be shipped back to the customer. To ensure a positive experience for all of our clients, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future return transactions from such clients at Lola Dré stores or loladre.com.
Domestic Return Procedure
To initiate a return in accordance with the Lola Dré Return Policy, please visit Lola Dré Returns Center. There you’ll find clear link in front of past order for processing your return. You may also contact email@example.com to process your return.
Note: You do have the option to return in stores. If you choose that option, please arrive with your order number.
International Return Procedure
To return your international online order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 561-935-9949 for instructions. Please note, international web orders may not be returned in Lola Dré stores.
Refunding the purchase (Online Only)
Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:
- The refund is always credited to the original payment method
- The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
- The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
- If the purchase was made with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued
- The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider
- If your purchase was made with a promotional voucher, you will receive a refund only for the amount paid—that is, the amount charged after the voucher was applied. Furthermore, the promotional voucher will no longer be valid.
- If the purchase was made with a promotional voucher and is returned partially, you will receive a refund proportionately reduced by the value of the voucher
Our products come directly from designers from all over the world. We travel four times a year for market appointments directly with designers at their showrooms. We hand select each item that is ordered, and pride ourselves on choosing the most unique and hard-to-find pieces. Each item is 100% authentic and has been shipped to us directly from the designer. We receive new shipments of products to our store every day. Each item is thoughtfully unpacked, photographed, and placed on our floor. We strive to have these new products added to our website within 24 hours of receipt. Our online inventory is supplied through our physical store location and is updated as quickly as technology allows, so what you see on our website is available physically in our store, and vice versa. Online orders are pulled from the floor immediately, but in the rare case that something sells at the same time in store, we will send you an email with suggested alternatives or details about special ordering the piece for you, and we are always happy to refund your card if neither of those options suit you.
