Alexandre Vauthier is a French fashion designer known for his haute couture designs and luxurious ready-to-wear collections. Vauthier started his career working for major fashion houses such as Thierry Mugler and Jean-Paul Gaultier before launching his eponymous brand in 2009. His designs are characterized by their bold, sexy and glamorous aesthetic, with a focus on creating modern and powerful silhouettes. Vauthier has dressed numerous celebrities including Beyoncé, Rihanna, and Kendall Jenner, and his designs have been featured in high-profile fashion magazines such as Vogue and Harper's Bazaar. Vauthier has received several awards and nominations for his work in the fashion industry, including being named an official member of the prestigious Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture in 2014.
